Mellow wasn't born from a market report. It was born from eight years of building startups in the GCC, hiring teams, applying for jobs, and watching brilliant people get filtered out before a single conversation happened.
Why we exist
The process is broken. We've just got used to it.
Job seekers spend hours writing CVs that strip out everything interesting about them. Employers receive hundreds of identical documents and spend weeks screening strangers on paper. AI made it worse, now machines are talking to machines and the human has disappeared from hiring entirely. Nothing about this process has fundamentally changed in 40 years. Mellow is changing it.
